Walking distance to the Publix Grocery store. There are fine restaurants and there is even a local post office. You will be just minutes to historic beautiful Boca Grande noted for the best beaches in the world plus famous for its fishing tournaments. The rental rate includes pool service.  A small dog under 20 pounds is okay.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,385. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
