DESCRIPTION
**NO FEE** Craving to live near the hubbub of Hudson Yards but no desire to sell a kidney to afford it? Spending most of your days (and nights) traipsing around town and mostly coming home for a warm bed to sleep in?
Recently updated, budget-friendly apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a common area big enough to do a jig in. Preferably with your arms at your side. And not moving around much. In real estate speak, it's a COZY apartment (Translation: it's small, but comfortable!). And there is great light.
18-20 Month lease preferred. Ask about the move-in credit for immediate occupancy. ***Photos reflect similar apartment in building.
Close to practically every transportation hub imaginable (Port Authority, Penn Station, Subways galore!).
