DESCRIPTION
My roommate and I are looking for people to take over our 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment located in Midtown West/ Hell's Kitchen beginning February 1st until September 1st (with the option to resign for following year). You cannot beat its prime location on Ninth Avenue. It is a VERY short walk to all trains and transportation (A/C/E, N/Q/R/W, 1/2/3, 7, S, B/D/F/M, Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station). In addition, the apartment is in close proximity to Chelsea Piers, the Intrepid, Bryant Park and Central Park. There is a laundry mat one block away, plenty of grocery stores and markets in the neighborhood, and dozens of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, it is very convenient for any general shopping.
The apartment will come unfurnished, but is equipped with stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinet space, and 11'-12' ceilings (with large windows)! The rooms are of fairly equal size. One is able to comfortably fit a full bed/ small furniture and has a large walk-in closet (by NYC standards), and the other has a decent amount of closet space and is able to easily fit a queen bed/ small furniture.
Rent is $2,650.00 total (making it $1,325.00 per room) and includes hot water, so utilities are fairly cheap. To move in, all you need is first month's rent, a security deposit (one month's rent) and a $100 application fee per applicant. Small pets are welcome! If interested, please call 201-919-4427.

to the Manhattan neighborhood family. Hudson Yards is a development
that broke ground in 2012 and has seen major progress within the
last few years. It attempts to entice all New Yorkers via
residential buildings, art centers, public gardens, and green
spaces.
Before Hudson Yards, there was The West Side Yard, which is used
as a storage space for the trains of the Long Island Rail Road.
Much of the land had been consolidated over the years, meaning
there was a decent amount of space that could be used for
development. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in
2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in
December of 2012.
Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been
completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of
Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is
expected to be complete in 2024. Several major…
