This loft has 13' ceilings, and lots of light from its south exposure through three huge windows facing onto vibrant Canal Street. A RENOVATED LOFT that comes furnished and with hardwood floors throughout this space, it has all of the charm you would hope for in a pre-war SoHo loft on one of the city's thriving downtown areas. 3S is currently being used as an Artists Studio hence the magnificent open space and surrounding walls of the loft. A wonderful place to hang your art or paintings during your stay. 49 Howard is located on Howard Street between Mercer and Broadway. This street was recently written up in The New York Times and New York Magazine as one of New York's most "up and coming" and "COOLEST" blocks, respectively. This prewar CONDO building requires no condo board package or move in or move out fees or application fees. Please schedule an appointment today.
