In federalist brick townhouses, like 463 Henry Street, the parlor floor was designed with grandeur in mind. High ceilings, long windows, and ornate details make these spaces incredibly impressive.
Enter into an open-plan living space, with a kitchen, living, and dining area spanning two thirds of the apartment. Notice the lofty plaster ceilings and rich details, all of which are meticulously maintained and preserved. The kitchen is newly updated and features new appliances and fixtures. In addition, the bathroom features new shower and vanity fixtures. From the living area step-out onto the spacious, private patio, which has the perfect balance of greenery and openness.
