This adorable cottage is the perfect home away from home! Enter through the front door into the open living room. Here you will find a comfortable sectional sofa, two chairs, and a large Smart TV. The couch also pulls out for added comfort or to accommodate additional guests! Just beyond the living room is the kitchen. The spacious kitchen features loads of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances and a small dining table with seating for two! Exit through the back door onto the back deck to bring your entertaining outdoors. This is the perfect place to dine al fresco at the hightop table with seating for four, or relax in the hammock and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather!

Just off the living room is a spacious and light filled home office. You will enjoy looking out the window while you work from home! A full size washer/dryer are also located in this space. On the other side of the home you will find the den which features a fold out sofa perfect for accommodating an over night guest. This space also makes a great dressing room, with a full length mirror and a closet for additional clothing storage. Just across the hall is the Master bedroom which features a comfortable Queen size bed, large dresser, and a Smart TV. The bathroom is close by and features a vanity, and a tile tub/shower combo.

The house is conveniently located within a  5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops in Park Circle. In addition you can also walk to Holy City Brewing, Firefly Distillery, and bike to Riverfront Park. The house is about a 15-20 minute drive from all three area hospitals and about 30 minutes to any of the beaches (expect heavier traffic during peak season).

Parking is provided in the driveway in front of the home. There is also an electric vehicle charging outlet available for guest use (NEMA 14-50)!

Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.

* Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). *

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
