IMMACULATE convertible 2 bed - 2 bath duplex with 20 ft ceilings and classic Chelsea views.
As you step into this residence, you will immediately feel the passion and effort that was put into the unit. The homeowners thoughtfully planned out every detail -- from the convenience of custom-sextet function Lutron lighting system to the overabundance of custom-made cabinets and closets throughout the apartment. Unlike the other residences in the building, this unit details 10-inch wide plank dark-stained white oak floors. The living room boasts approx. 20-foot ceilings and contains the highest grade of energy efficient UV blocking glass.
The open chef's kitchen also adds to the comfortable ambiance of the space. The Corian countertops and backsplashes combined with the Vola fixtures enhance the clean, sleek aesthetic of the apartment. The kitchen encompasses a Miele stove, a Miele oven, a Subzero fridge, a separate Miele wine cooler alongside a water filtration system. There's also a Miele washer and dryer in the residence.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite overlooks the living area and has views of The Highline. The en suite steam and shower bathroom is designed with gold Calcutta flooring and glass mosaic wall tiles. The bedroom has spacious custom-made built-in California closets.
Building amenities include a 24hr doorman, an architecturally-designed common garden, and a private storage room for each apartment. This is also a LEED Certified Green building. Situated in the heart of Chelsea, it's just a stone's throw from the Chelsea Market, Chelsea Piers, the Hudson Yards, Meatpacking District, a bevy of art galleries and neighborhood restaurants.
Please note that this beautiful apartment comes complete with murphy bed, thus enabling the flexibility of having what is functionally a second bedroom downstairs, though it is currently set-up as a one bedroom residence.
Designed by Harvard-trained architect Cary Tamarkin, this building showcases his distinguished and highly-recognized modern industrial architecture and design. Beginning with the steel and gridded casement windows, this 22-unit boutique condo building features open, loft-style floorplans with soaring approx. 20 foot ceilings, blending minimalist design with luxurious finishes.

the west side of Manhattan between 14th and 34th street. With a ton
of things to do, places to see, and some of the most luxurious
apartments in the city, Chelsea is a neighborhood that's always
looking for the next cool thing to add to the vibe of the area.
Chelsea originally started out as farmland, specifically the
farmland of British Major Thomas Clarke. Clarke named his estate
"Chelsea" after a district in London and the name stuck ever since.
In the early 1800's Clark's daughter sold the land to the city, and
Chelsea became an industrial neighborhood.
With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked
the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment
complexes that are still around to this day. Thanks to its surplus
of industries and piers, Chelsea soon became a slightly wealthy
neighborhood. It was even the sight of the new theater district
before…
