Barbecue, coffee shops, and other places to eat and hang out are popping up nearby. The lush Drexel Boulevard parkway has recently refurbished paths for shady walks. It is a mere 10 minute drive to the Loop along the majestic Lake Shore Drive. You have your own HVAC unit and hot water heater with individual controls so you can always enjoy the temperature you like with no one else sharing your hot water. Experienced landlord is also a licensed designated managing broker in Illinois. The management of the building requires an application form and a refundable $500 move deposit.
