DESCRIPTION
Here's a rare chance to rent a no fee apt in New York city's fiercely competitive market.

This is a fantastic apartment. You should absolutely schedule a viewing ASAP. It's a spacious, one bedroom plus the Park Slope neighborhood is lovely.

The apartment includes hardwood floors and large, thermal windows.

The unit is nice and bright. In addition to the above, there's heat/hot included.

For meals at home, the apartment's kitchen includes granite countertops. It comes with a full-sized refrigerator, a gas oven, high-end, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, a gas range, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has hardwood floors, a window that opens, and good storage. You should have room for a king-sized bed in the large bedroom.

The bathroom has a standard shower, a standard tub, and good storage.

It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's loved by tenants and leasing up fast. This building is exactly that. It's worth noting there's a front door buzzer and lighted and clean hallways.
