Live in the quintessential storybook Brooklyn brownstone apartment that's located right in the center of the heart of prime Sunset Park! A 1 minute neighborhood that's conveniently close to everything at your fingertips. It's incredible!

4th Floor Super Quiet Top Penthouse Apartment (but feels like only 2 floors) in a Beautiful Red and White Classic Neo-Grec Brownstone Townhouse with Tall 10 foot ceilings. A 3Br 2Bath, especially in a Brownstone, is the rarest type of apt in the city and 2 full bathrooms are essential for roommates. If you are a couple, you can use the extra room as a office for remote work at home as well. Great for students/roommates as the bedrooms and bathrooms are at opposite ends of each other.

A fantastic renovated 3 Bedroom in the heart of Prime Sunset Park can be yours for rent. This newly renovated floor through apartment with has sunlight streaming through it's triptych bay windows throughout the day that's great for growing plants. Extreme amount of light on both north and south sides, large insulated windows, Large living room/dining room layout with separate full kitchen area. Motion sensing hallway lights. Immaculate, pristine, and super clean hallways. Newly renovated kitchen granite countertop and marble tile. Renovated bathrooms. Both bathrooms have full baths. A walk-In closet. New hardwood floors throughout the home. Beautiful skylight in hallway.

Spectacular vistas from every window of the horizon. Watch sunrise, sunset light up the New York City skyline like gold. Watch the moon rise straight from your window. The front has a red October maple tree that turns fire red in fall and the backyard view is of a gazebo with grape vines on it and solar led lights that twinkle and flicker at night. The backyard window view is equally amazing. Watch exotic birds hopping and chirping around, bees buzzing, butterflies fluttering. Cats slinking on white picket fences through dappled sunlight (like Garfield or that play about cats, called Cats). Gentle breezes swaying the leaves on trees. It's like a Ghibli movie come to life. Very serene and tranquil. The window is basically ASMR. A picturesque block (literally looks like San Francisco and Brooklyn had a baby. People literally stop in their tracks to take snapshots of this building that's how beautiful it looks.

Thanks to the neighborhood's unusually high elevation, Sunset Park offers some of the city's best views - hello, Statue of Liberty. One of the best things is that the zoning caps building heights at 80 feet. Which means the low buildings create a sense of open space and ensure top-notch views of the Manhattan skyline from the neighborhood's eponymous park. You can actually see the sun in the namesake neighborhood for most of the day while walking around.

Steps to 5th Avenue with a wealth of shopping and convenience with a mix of large national chains and mom and pop neighborhood shops. Just around the corner from tons of fabulous restaurants, cafes and food markets. High traffic and low crime area close to subway, yet at the same time, also a extremely quiet apartment in a quiet building in the middle of a quiet block with great tree lined streets. Subway is a short 1 block walk to the R train on 53rd street station and a 25 minute ride into Manhattan. 4 Blocks away from either Sunset community park (incredible views of the city) or Bush Terminal park nature preserve (The secret park with a billion dollar view). Next to new 4th avenue Protected Bike Lane that stretches all the way to Atlantic Terminal. Near Industry City, the new business and retail campus hub. 98% walk Score!!! Next to everything you need just a half block or block away. 4 minute CitiBike or 10 minute walk to NYC Ferry at Brooklyn Army Terminal for a 12 minute ferry ride to lower Manhattan/Financial Center. 4 Blocks from new Steiner Movie studios and EDC Made in NY Campus and studio hub opening in 2025.

Fun Facts and History of Sunset Park
