We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Any prior evictions or felonies within the past 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency.
Once we screen (and potentially accept) you, we'll show you the property in-person. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we'll require a deposit to hold for a (minimum) of the total security deposit amount; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out. Then, anytime before move-in day we require first & last month's rent.
***First & last month's rent, along with total security deposit, MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property***
Greenzang does not accept applicants utilizing a subsidized housing program, such as Section 8, at this time.
