Let The Good Times Roll at Bon Temps!! This elegant, yet cozy beach house boasts an Oceanview, private beach access just steps from your front door and all the comforts of home. This property sits prominently on a large corner lot in the popular beach community of Kure Dunes. On the entry level, you'll be greeted with a spacious and open living area perfect for entertaining large groups or families. There is a formal dinning room and the eat-in kitchen area adjacent to each other perfect for accommodating those holiday meals. The kitchen is well stocked including a large pot for those low country boils. Also on the entry level is a study and bathroom with shower.
As you venture upstairs you'll find a bright and airy master with a large ensuite master bathroom featuring a cozy king size bed, stand up shower and soaker tub perfect for relaxing. Also attached to the master is a separate lounge/sleeping area with a full daybed with twin trundle, fireplace, a wet bar and access to the top deck with an Oceanview. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway right outside the master. Located on the upper level with the master is a guest room ready to bunk the kiddos and older children with a twin over twin bunk bed and a full size bed. Don't worry, you don't have to share your master bath because there is also a full bathroom on the upper level. There is one more guest bedroom on the upper level with a queen sized bed.
On the lower level you'll find a cool hang out and entertainment area ready for kids to chill out and play. Also downstairs you'll find a guest suite with a queen bed and a full sleeper sofa. The downstairs guest suite is equipped with an ensuite full bathroom. If the inside isn't big enough for you, the outdoor space is ready for entertaining and relaxing as well with two large decks with a hammock and separate seating areas. Other added amenities are the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sandy beach. Parking can be tough on the island, but parking is no issue at Bon Temps with plenty of parking in the driveway with two garages.
From the front deck you can see the Kure Dunes private beach access which is merely steps away. Let's not forget to mention how close you are to many attractions on the island such as the Fort Fisher State Park and NC Aquarium!!

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $4,250. The building allows easy access via an elevator. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
