Our one bedroom floor plan has a large, spacious living area that is 16 feet by 21 feet. The kitchen is also open with an extended granite countertop that allows for bar access. and the sizeable bedroom is 11 feet by 14 feet with a walk-in closet that is 8 feet by 6 feet.
We are centrally located within the I-49 corridor and convenient to I-20, downtown and Barksdale AFB. We are excited to be part of the rapidly developing north Shreveport-Bossier area.
With a community of 72 apartments, we have limited availability. In the event a unit you are interest is not available for lease, you can submit your application here to hold your spot on our waiting list. There is a $50 application fee per applicant over the age of 18.
Your application is good for 90 days! Once an apartment comes available, the $200 admin fee and $300 deposit will be due then. Physical tours may not be available due to vacancy. However when we do have something to show, we do so by appointment only. Please call at least an hour before your plan of arrival so we can make sure someone on our team can guide you around the community and apartment.
