DESCRIPTION
Looking for someone to do a lease take over for Bushwick room part of a spacious duplex starting December 1. AVAILABLE NOW FOR EARLY MOVE IN.

The lease would be for 8 months. This is a 4 bedroom apartment and the rent is $860/ month without utilities.  The room has two windows and can fit a full size bed, dresser, small shelves, and is located on the lower floor in the unit.  The room gets very good light during the day. The floor plan is that each room is on opposite ends of the apartment.

The apartment has a spacious shared backyard complete with bbq, fire pit, hammock and small herb garden. Other perks include- new appliances, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half, premium cable, wifi and in unit washer and dryer!!

It is two blocks off the L Dekalb train and 10 min walk to M train at Wyckoff or Knickerbocker. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that are open for take-out/to-go drinks. There are 3 grocery stores nearby & Maria Hernandez park is about a 10 min walk. The neighborhood is vibrant.

Other roommates are in their late 20s and early 30s- One is a floral designer and prop assistant, one is an e-commerce manager for a clothing company, and the other is a student pursuing Masters in experience design.

It is not a party house but we do enjoy cocktails in the yard and what not. Please no pets.

I am happy to give FaceTime tours and in person showings for those interested.

This is a great space especially for a professional.
