DESCRIPTION
$2350 - THIS IS THE REAL RENT = JUST REDUCED BY $850 PER MONTH.

NO SURPRISES NEXT YEAR, Like a lot of these clients that signed deals during the corona virus and subsequent decreases, notice something.  Notice, that you will see, 2 months free, 3 months free, 3.5 months free......
but the rent is staying the same.  There are a few reasons why, some more complicated than others.  Some reasons involve leverage, loans, and other factors.  Another reason for the rents being decreased by free rent, rather than the base price, is that next year, the rents will already be priced higher. The bottom line is that the renewal process will be a very rough process for a few renters that took the deal.   This apartment, was decreased by its base price.

An absolutely , beautiful , one-of-A-king, multi-level, 3-level, triplex. This apartment has a brand new kitchen, with heavy duty, high-end fixtures. A dishwasher, white quartz, heat resistant kitchen counter-tops. tons, tons! Tons of closet place. Air-Conditioning strategically placed within an alcove that fits through the outside of the building, so as to avoid the clumsy installation of placing the air conditioner inside the window. This unique , TRIPLEX, is completely renovated.. Beautiful decor, and soaring high ceilings that present extreme comfortability! UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
