Per the HOA, successfully approved applicants and pets have to also be approved by the Association, there is a screening application that they must fill out that cost $20.00. Successfully approved applicants must also by approved by Association before moving into the community. Once applicants are also approved by the Association, they will need to get the parking passes. Prior to move-in, tenants will have to fill out an Association form and bring with them the Florida DMV registration, car insurance and driver's license for each car and bring two money order one of $10 for the stickers and the another one of $60 for the remote/clicker. Upon each yearly lease renewal, they will have to renew the parking passes and pay with a $10.00 money order again. If the parking pass expired, it is the vehicle Owners responsibility to come with the new lease and renew it to avoid the car getting towed.

Per the HOA, Mailboxes are not available.  Tenants can make mail delivery arrangements through the local post office located on Oak Street in Kissimmee, the UPS Store, or at a location of their convenience at their own cost. Tenants may have delivery drivers deliver packages directly to their Unit. The Association is NOT responsible for any package delivered to the office, the wrong Unit, or if a package is damaged or stolen.
