The kitchen comes with all appliances except microwaves. The dining room is off of the kitchen in a private nook that flows into the living room area. Each home allows for three locations of entry/exit. There are two entries under the carport and one to your private backyard from the kitchen. Each townhome also comes with your own attached private carport that you can drive straight up to your front door.  While each home is the same size and layout, we offer different payment options based on the interior of the home. The yards are perfect for those with pets and can easily fit a couple of lawn chairs and table for relaxing. These homes are perfect for those that like to spend more time outdoors. Don't worry about landscaping your backyard. We will take care of that for you once a week during busy season and every other week during off. You may also feel free to decorate your yard to your personal touch with potted plants. Residents and guests will have direct access to the fenced yard from the back door in the kitchen area or access under the carport.

All our floor plans are 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome, 1306 sq. ft or 2 bedroom 2.5 townhome, 1376 sq ft and feature two enormous bedrooms for any size bedroom furniture. Both bedrooms stay cool with beautiful ceiling fans and a window in each bedroom to let in plenty of natural light. Each townhome comes with a ton of closet storage throughout the unit. Hanging space is plentiful and each closet also features a top shelf for extra storage. Monthly rent includes access to our beautiful resort-style pool located at 3995 Crow Road behind the office and a fully equipped gym that is open from 5:00 am- 10:00 pm. Cable and internet services through ATT or Spectrum. Renters Insurance is required for all units.

Parking depends on the floor plan you choose. All Townhomes have attached covered carports. You can either have a single attached carport or double attached straight up to your front door.
