We are taking applications now, however, move in dates are not guaranteed until June-July and upon the assessment of homes/rooms becoming available. We can guarantee a room has been secured by the end of May. After applying, and if approved, please expect intermittent communication as we work to process move outs and upcoming move ins. For example, a lease cannot be sent even if the deposit has been paid, until we know the exact house and room number which cannot be decided immediately in most cases.
All students must apply to a program we work with which assists in rent payment guarantee. After submitting your application for Tiger Estates, please email leasing@meridianpac.com to ask for the link to apply to this program. The program guarantees that the rent is paid should a tenant have to move out before the end of the lease, and their credit report will not be affected. ***Parent/Guardian co-signers are not accepted unless the applicant is denied by this program***
Attach your state issued ID and your upcoming schedule or acceptance letter to show that you are enrolled to an accredited university for the Fall 2023 term. Application processing may be delayed without the correct documents attached.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A STRICT NO PET POLICY.
Renter's insurance is required. It's available through an affiliate insurance company for $13/mo or you may pursue insurance through another source, but we must have the declaration page of the policy upon move in.
These 2-story single-family and townhouse type homes will include a furnished room and private bathroom for up to 4 individuals that share common spaces that are also furnished. These homes are large enough so roommates can coexist happily and with enough personal space to study, to hang out, and to just do their own thing.
