Each bedroom includes a queen bed (casper mattress in one and eightsleep in the other both with brooklinen bedding) and ample closet space. Master bedroom includes a piano and second bedroom includes a small workspace with monitor included.
Laundry included in the unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
Apartment comes furnished and we will pay first $150/month in utilities. Total utilities in the winter typically range from $275-$325 depending on how much heat is used.
