The bathroom has a steam shower and large soaking tub with views of the trees in the backyard. This house is walking distance to the hopping areas on Division and Hawthorne.

The primary bedroom has an organic latex king mattress. Very comfy!!

The third bedroom was used by the homeowner's twin toddlers and has two twin beds that are ideal for those who sleep comfortably in a single bed. The twin beds could potentially be pushed together as well to create a full sized bed or moved to storage if you have your own furniture for the room.
The home has high ceilings and lots of windows creating plenty of natural light and an airy feel.
The full bathroom upstairs has a large free standing tub and a steam shower.
Other amenities include a laundry room and play area/hobby space/storage are in the basement.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $3,395. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats.
