It is a two story, 3 bedroom home. The home comes completely furnished with all you need for a short term stay.
The primary bedroom has an organic latex king mattress. Very comfy!!
The second bedroom room has a queen size organic latex bed.
The third bedroom was used by the homeowner's twin toddlers and has two twin beds that are ideal for those who sleep comfortably in a single bed.  The twin beds could potentially be pushed together as well to create a full sized bed or moved to storage if you have your own furniture for the room.  

The home has high ceilings and lots of windows creating plenty of natural light and an airy feel.
The full bathroom upstairs has a large free standing tub and a steam shower.
Other amenities include a laundry room and play area/hobby space/storage are in the basement.
The home includes the enjoyment of Wifi, TV, and a large back yard with a patio and bbq/smoker.
There is no central AC but the house generally stays cool, especially downstairs.  The windows also work well to be opened in the evening to allow cooler air in.
The house also includes fans and a portable AC window unit in case of a heat wave.
