They also have a Labrador puppy that lives in their home and who will frequently play in the owner's (private and separate) yard space with the kids, on the other side of the property. There will reasonably be some noise from time to time. This is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors and owners alike respect and appreciate that, and are in turn looking for a tenant who desires the same, but is aware that there is a young family sharing this property with them as well. They would also appreciate any communications ahead of time of guests being brought onto the property or into the home on any frequent or routine basis who is not on the lease - for liability and peace of mind purposes.
