The large open waterfront patio is a great place to hang out, it even has a motorized retractable awning for those hot sunny days. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It comes fully furnished and equipped. Even bikes, beach chairs and a gas BBQ grill. There is terrazzo and tile throughout with no carpet in the house. A washer and dryer is onsite for your convenience. The large waterfront great room includes a nice desk with a beautiful view for those who continue to work while on vacation. The Master en-suite has a queen bed, the middle room has twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen size murphy bed and retractable desk. The garage has plenty of parking space and comes with a new opener and remote control. There is a 30 day min stay required. Pets are welcome, certain breed restrictions will apply. The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $5,000. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
