Lease Re-assignment available July - September with option to start a new lease.

2nd floor apt. with floor to ceiling windows, on the corner of the building facing the Canal.
Full Gym, Game Room, Lounge, Quiet Work Area, Children's Play Room, Bike Storage Room, Roof access with Grill, Sundeck and Sitting areas.
And extremely pet friendly!

The building has a wonderful community, with plenty of meet ups but not  with an intrusive vibe.
The amenities are top notch in quality.  The game room has a pool table, fuse ball, ping pong, and two fully loaded video game consoles.  The lounges are well decorated , bright, and comfortable and great to work in.  There are two rooftops, one with a sundeck and sofa seating and the other with one with multiple tables and grills.
The grounds of the building are great, they have turned the area into small park with outdoor seating, an area for kids to roam around, and on summer nights you will often find impromptu artistic gatherings.

We have loved living here  and highly recommend the building.  We will will miss it but we have bought a home and it's time to move.
