Three roommates looking for one roommate to move into our spacious 4-bedroom Midtown East 2-floor duplex apartment. One private bedroom available. Unusually large bedroom for the price point and neighborhood. Furniture available for free if needed.

About the apartment: Located in Midtown East on a quiet and elegant block near the UN. Five-minute walk to 51st/53rd 6/E/V trains and 10-minute walk to Grand Central. Our apartment is a walk-up spacious 2-floor (4th and 5th floor) duplex that includes great hardwood floors, fully appointed kitchen (including dishwasher and fridge), furnished living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and four bedrooms with excellent natural lighting. Utilities are reasonable and split evenly (cable, wireless internet, electric). Dry cleaning and wash and fold laundry service is available on the first floor of the building.

About us: Like most New Yorkers, we spend a lot of our time outside our apartment, but know we have a comfortable place to come back to when we need to. We are very laid back and quiet during the week. We are all males in our late 20s/early 30s and have stable jobs. No big parties or anything at the apartment.

About you: young adult with a very stable job. Laid back, easy going, mature. We are asking for first month's rent and security deposit up front.
