DESCRIPTION
If you're looking for a beautifully decorated apartment to call home in Manhattan, you've found it!

With large rooms and big windows, this gorgeous pre-war building has tons of charm with modern amenities.

There's a queen-sized bed, large couch, large TV with a Roku with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Plants can be left if desired. There are lots of books, a large, bright kitchen with a breakfast nook. Lots of rugs and cushions and lamps and armchairs in the living room and bedroom to keep you cozy and comfortable. The dining table can seat up to 8, but also works wonderfully as a desk. There's also a small desk in the bedroom.

This apartment has everything you need to feel immediately at home: a fully stocked kitchen with lots of pot, pans, and dish ware.

Elevator building with laundry in basement.

There are AC units in the living room and bedroom.

Washington Heights/Inwood is a fantastic walking neighborhood. There's plenty of things to explore in the area, some great delivery options, and a wonderful farmer's market nearby every Saturday.

The apartment is 1 block from Fort Tryon, my favorite park in the city, home to the Met's the Cloisters. The park has beautiful trails, wonderful gardens and an amazing views of the Hudson. Perfect for running or strolling, with some incredible city hiking further North.

It's located two blocks from both the A train (190th St station) and the 1 train (191st St station).

Utilities and Wifi (Verizon Fios) not included.

Looking for a tenant to sublet until the end of July with  the potential option to take over lease in Sept.

The super lives on site and is readily available. They are very quick to answer any needs.

1 month plus an additional month security deposit due up front. 1 reference, please. I am happy to supply one as well if desired.
