DESCRIPTION
ASK ME FOR VIDEOS.  WALK IN CLOSET.
As bustling as Harold Square can be this is a pretty quiet building from my visit with other clients. Many of them are new construction or renovated with new appliances. Some have laundry in the unit but there is a contemporary laundry room in this concierge building. Nice MANAGEMENT and Leasing Director. Please ask me for any videos that I might have already on hand. You can also text me at 917-723-9014. I like to show other comps as well nearby.

This apartment complex has other immediate move in apartments with similar studio layouts! Please contact me as management will pay my fee upon approval and lease signing. Lease signing may even be immediate and I can help you apply online as well.

All of these buildings are national landmarks, and celebrate the art deco style that NYC is known for.

The other famous part of Midtown South is the Garment District and Koreatown. The Garment District has been around for a while, originally sewing clothes for enslaved people until NYC outlawed slavery in 1827. Afterward, the district…
