Listing description:
Hello everyone! I am looking to sublet my furnished studio apartment in East Harlem for 6 months, and month to month after that, starting  March 1st, 2020. I am moving for a few months for work and looking for someone who could step in during that period... The apartment has a large window opening up to a courtyard, an updated kitchen, and the building also has a newly renovated laundry room. All utilities are included, electricity and WIFI!. The apartment is near the 6 and the new Q station at 96th, and it's a quick walk to Central Park and the East River waterfront (Randalls and Wards Islands is a walk across the bridge and is excellent for running and yoga in the summer). Couples welcome. If you have any further questions, please let me know!
