Enter the apartment through the large foyer, complete with two large coat closets and separate double-depth linen closet, into the spacious 22' by 12'8" living room with dining area. Off of the dining area is the well-appointed windowed kitchen, which features cabinetry by Downsview Kitchen, a Subzero refrigerator, Dacor oven with gas range, Gaggenau hood and Miele dishwasher as well granite countertops, and mosaic glass tile backsplash. There is also a desk or eat-in bar space in the kitchen. Off the opposite end of the living room is a designated space, perfect for a home office or den.
The spacious primary bedroom is bathed in sunlight from the large casement windows, easily fits a king size bed with plenty of room for additional furniture and is complete with a large walk-in closet. The windowed spa-like bathroom features a beautiful limestone counter, walk-in shower, heated floors, and Toto toilet. There is plentiful storage with multiple under counter drawers and cabinets. Hell's Kitchen started life as several plots of farmland in the

other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
