Corner unit on the 32nd floor, overlooking the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty, downtown Manhattan (including One World Trade), midtown Manhattan, The Williamsburg Bridge, and the Chrysler Building – seriously, the views are insane.
Open-concept kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large pantry, foyer with recessed lighting.
The building is awesome – indoor pool, state-of-the-art gym, gorgeous outdoor space with grills and lounge chairs, 54th-floor roof deck, package room with cold storage, bike room, movie theater, business center, kids room, dog run, and co-working space.
The building staff is lovely and attentive.
The application fee is $20 per person. The supporting documents must be sent in within 48 hours after submitting the application- please see below:
