The lower level has a large kitchen with newer appliances, granite countertops and is open to the great room with 9'+ ceilings. There is a guest bathroom and huge storage area on this level. Upstairs includes the master bedroom with two walk-in closets, huge bathroom with glass-walled shower. A sliding patio door opens up to a private patio, which is connected to the expansive pool deck and health club. Down the hall there is a brand new washer/dryer in the built-in laundry room. The second bedroom can is also large and has its own bath, closet and storage/linen closet. There is also a walkout door for pool deck access. This public area includes two professional gas grills, dining area, outdoor fireplace, a huge health club with state of the art equipment and a new Pilates Reformer machine. The swimming pool is heated year around. There is a hot tub spa as well as saunas and steam rooms. It is an awesome space and just steps away from this unit. Parking is just outside the entrance to the unit. One month deposit and HOA application fee is required. Pets considered on an individual basis w/ fees extra and need to be approved by HOA.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $4,460. This is a luxury doorman / elevator building. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
