DESCRIPTION
What are you looking for in a tenant?
We are looking for a tenant who is looking to live in Downtown Brooklyn and needs more space. We want someone to love this apartment as much as we have.

What do you love about this place?
We absolutely love the apartment and the balcony. We are extremely happy here, but just need space to grow a family. Everyone that works at the building is so extremely nice. We would have no reason to leave unless we didn't need more space.

What isn't so great about this place?
Honestly nothing - we have no complaints. It would be nice to not have direct sunlight all the time, but there are curtains anyways, so not a huge deal.

After Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, business ramped up in Downtown Brooklyn, but the number of people wanting to live there ramped up as well. Today, Downtown Brooklyn is equal parts…
