We are looking to rent our 2-bedroom apartment with one walking closet from Aug – Apr 1st 2021, with the option to renew. Tenants also have the option of signing a 1 yr lease upfront. Move-in date is negotiable, but please inquire ASAP for viewing (we are gone for most of July).

Doorman, fully serviced building built in 2017 with washer/dryer in-unit, floor to ceiling windows, tons of sunlight, stunning view of Brooklyn skyline, and big living room with kitchen island. Very conducive to WFH set up for ~3 people-both bedrooms are easily large enough for a desk, and a queen bed.
Also, in the building there is an amazing completed gym (Chelsea Pier) with pool and gives to the tenets discounts.

Neighborhood: Two Citibike docks within one block, 15 min ride to Manhattan. 1 min to the AC and G trains, and 5 minutes to basically every other train (2/3, 5/6, Q/R, B). Large private park in the building, 10 minutes to Fort Greene Park, and 15 min to Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Landlord is extraordinarily responsive and has been an absolute gem throughout COVID-19, with clear procedures to keep the building safe.
