Hi all, I'm subletting a fully furnished place off Broadway, which is just a minute or two from the nearest bus station and 5 minutes away from the closest subway station(125th street on Broadway), the apartment is less than 10 minutes from the main campus of Columbia University in Upper Manhattan and is managed by Columbia Housing.
One of three rooms in the apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with all required appliances, and one bathroom. The living room has two sofas and a small table. The room doesn't face the main road so it is quiet. The rent covers gas, electricity and internet.
Available from June 9 to August 30. My flatmates prefer females so sorry about that. Please message me for queries.
