Description:
The finished basement will make this feel more like a triplex. Sure its sub level but its huge and the current tenant makes excellent use of it as a recreation room.
The main level has a large living room with a dining room that separates it from the center island kitchen. The living room comes with an air conditioner and the kitchen has a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a door to your very own outdoor space with a lovely balance of concrete and greenery.
Upstairs has two large bedrooms that have a smaller room (each) off to the side. Perfect for walk-in closets, offices or even a nursery. There is also a half bath upstairs for your convenience.
Washer/dryer is in the basement. Train is less than a block away and the good eats, drinks and shops of 5th Ave are right up the block.

Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in
development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
