-Wi-Fi available in all common areas

-The Clark is pet friendly (with a few acceptations of dog breeds), and there are no pet fees

-Live-In Super -Front lobby concierge available 8:00am-7:00pm daily

Upon the day where tenants sign their lease, they will also be responsible for depositing:
-1 months rent as a security deposit
-1 months rent
-$300 dollar electric utility refundable security

*Payment must be in Two Separate checks that can be either "Certified Check's" or " Cashiers Check's" format.

If you want to apply for any unit, you will need to submit a complete application with the required documents. I have attached a copy of the application and a list of required documents. All applicants are required to make 40x rental income to qualify, and guarantors are required to make 80x rental income. The application fee is $20. It is a "first come, first serve": applications are viewed in the order received and must have all required documents within 48 hours. Guarantors must also complete their own application and submit their required documents. You can also fill out our online application at https://www.on-site.com/apply, then enter "The Clark," and the address will populate.  Approval can take up to 3 days after ALL correct documents are submitted.  If you are approved, we will send you an e-lease to sign electronically, and you must submit 2 cashier checks (1-month rent and 1-month security deposit+ $300 Electric Security Deposit).

**All Apartments Require a Renters Insurance Policy**

Utilities - Lisa Management apartments include hot water and cooking gas.

Internet - Optimum & Verizon Fios are available.

Electricity -All of our apartments are individually sub-metered. With that, there is no need to call and have your service activated as your apartment is already set up, and your meter will start on the day your lease started in which you receive keys for your apartment.  

-We require our tenants to pay a $300 Electric Security Deposit. This is applied to the last month's electric bill. The remaining balance is refunded at the end of your lease along with your apartment Security Deposit of one month's rent. The electric meter begins on the day your lease starts. Every month you will get a breakdown of the itemization for your bill attached to your rent bill.

Fun Facts and History of Flatbush

Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in 1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County, even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants and farmers.

Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in 1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after 1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City.
