Each unit has its own laundry hookups for a washer/dryer & sets are available for rent if you do not have your own.
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Residents will also be responsible for electricity & gas through Duke Energy and water utilities paid to SNS metered on an individual unit basis. SNS Management does provide trash service at no additional cost.
We do accept pets give us a call to discuss requirements & restrictions.
The application fee is $50 per person over 18 living in the unit. Our background checks include credit, criminal, employment, and rental history.
Minimum Requirements
1. Gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent rate
2. Credit score of at least 550
3. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
4. No violent felonies ever, or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years
5. No sex offenders
