DESCRIPTION
PRIME LOCATION. Not-a railroad. A true 2 bedroom for the price of a studio.
I'm a very nice person but extremely busy so you will not get a response unless your inquiry includes the following:

1. your name and who you are moving with
2. when you need to move and what areas your considering
3. your approximate credit and income (guarantors are OK)
4. your budget
5. when you are available to see places (or if you're out of state and prefer video)
6. any pets?

Very close to the  Jefferson L (near tons to do) also a short walk to the Morgan L or the Central M.
2 HUGE bedrooms (each can fit a bed + a loveseat + a dresser + a desk) Common space is better as just an eat-in-kitchen. abnormally high ceilings. Excellent storage space.

Great owner. Responsive. Well maintained building.

Could work as the most affordable prime-location 2br with a small common space but is amazing as a the biggest 1br with a huge windowed living room, separate from the kitchen. There is so much lofted area as a bonus for storage or whatever you like. Stunning full bathroom, gorgeous reno and good light.
The layout is flexible.

NO DOGS, sorry! It's not up to the owner, we need to be respectful of the other tenants. I have plenty of apartments that do accept dogs.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
