2 Bed 1 Bath - 960sq ft | $1,450 Rent + $20 Admin Fee | Residents are responsible for electricity. Renter's Insurance is required. This can be purchased through personal insurance or through Commercial Northwest for $15.00 a month.
I will be available from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday to tour the unit.
The Pleasanton Apartments are pet friendly. We accept up to two pets. There would be a $500.00 additional pet fee and a $25.00 monthly pet rent per each pet.

We require 2 forms of ID (1 government issued, 1 photo ID) – for each applicant
Proof of income – combined income from all applicants needs to be 2.5x the amount of rent
Deposit paid in either personal check, cashier's check or money order (The deposit can be used to hold an apartment for 5 days before rent needs to be made on the unit).
We do not accept anyone with Evictions, Felonies, and/or anyone that owes money to other Property Management Companies. Also, we do not accept Section 8/ Housing Vouchers.
