DESCRIPTION
Welcome Home! Just hitting the market is this fantastic 3 bed 2 bath in Prime west village. Located on a tree lined block with brownstones all around the charm is just undeniable here. You have proximity to all of the hotspots in the most popular neighborhood in manhattan including my favorite club...Trader Joe's on spring street. Just a 5 minute walk to some delicious hippie food.
As you enter the unit you will pass through the newly renovated kitchen (including the coveted dishwasher) into the living room which has ample space for an L sofa and full living set up. The living room also featured south facing windows so you can get your all day sun. Pop out onto the New York balcony (fire escape) and take in the skyline like Carrie Bradshaw.
Swing around the corner and shimmy passed your own WASHER DRYER IN UNIT. This is how you know you've really made it. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and have windows...let that stank out. You've earned it.
The largest bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, desk, and dresser no problem. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom work best with a full sized bed.

first free Black settlement in Manhattan. The land would remain
largely rural until the draining of the Collect Pond due to
pollution. Soon after, Broadway and Canal street were paved and
people began to come in droves.
During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast
iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had
become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows
and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place
home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the
development of skyscrapers. The rich, seeking modern luxuries,
moved to…
