My building is part of a community of three luxury buildings. As a tenant, you will have access to all three buildings' lobbies and rooftops. Each rooftop features an indoor and outdoor area.

There is also an amenities building. On the first floor of the building is the lounge area where there is a billiards table, foosball table, virtual tennis, a theatre room, conference room, several iMacs to do work and an outdoor seating area. On the second floor is the fitness center which features modern workout equipment. The third floor features a large pool with a sauna room. The fourth floor has a full-sized basketball court as well as a racquetball court. The fifth floor features a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, as well as a bar and seating areas.

There is also an outdoor area that features a private dog park, childrens' play area, BBQ grills and an acre of land.
