All Hillside apartments are handicap accessible with an elevator to the 2nd and 3rd levels of the building. You will have access to our 24-hour Cedarville Fitness Center! This is a smoke free and pet free building. We take care of all the lawn care and snow removal. We do require a minimum annual income of $24,000 to qualify for these apartments.
Security deposit ($840) and cleaning fee ($195) will be due at lease signing.
