2.      Pay for HOA application fee.  Where applicable.
3.      Lease agreement is drafted for signatures of all parties, after 3
bus. Days of payment of move in funds.
4.      On move in date.  Tenant is responsible to set up all utilities
under their name.
5.      Tenant insurance is required prior to move in.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,300. Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
