You'll love the apt's large windows and hardwood floors throughout. There's a dining room for extra living space. With high ceilings, the apartment has a lovely character. The windows pour in alot of sunlight to brighten your day even during a cold winter day. You might never need it with the city's abundant take-out options, but the apartment's kitchen was recently renovated. You'll find a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and a full-sized refrigerator. The bedroom has hardwood flooring, good storage, and a window that opens. You should be able to fit a king in the well sized bedroom, but Remember to bring a tape measure during the showing. The recently renovated bathroom includes a standard shower, good storage, marble finishes, a medicine cabinet, and a standard
tub. This is a great opportunity to rent in a building that's well maintained, leasing up fast, loved by tenants, and rarely available.
