This apartment is amazing! The kitchen is brand new and beautiful, includes dishwasher and a giant counter that doubles as a breakfast bar. The living room is huge! Right now, we have two 5 foot bookcases, two desks, a tv and tv unit, large lounging chair, couch, and two large dressers in it with room to spare. There's a really large private balcony off the bedroom with lovely views. We fit a king size bed in the bedroom currently and the bedroom also has a huge closet. There is central AC/heating, laundry in the building, a roof deck, and a parking lot out back for an extra fee. We have two dogs and this is the most dog friendly building I've ever lived in. Honestly we would not be leaving if it weren't for job issues. This is a lease takeover for a year and three months. The lease ends on May 31, 2022 and you'll have the option to renew. No brokers fee!
