The living room has large windows, and a great lay out with small hall entry way for bike or jackets, with a closet.
The master bedroom also has large windows, a closet and plenty of space for a king or queen bed, with room around it.
The second bedroom or office also has a window and plenty of space for also a Queen bed if desired.
The blinds shown in the furnished pictures, will stay in place for your rental.
Good wifi will be provided for the time of stay and is included in the rent. It's strong and reliable.
Nicely located right by the park and restaurants. There is a farmers market on the corner every Saturday morning. Fort Greene Park has tennis and a great little trail to run through if you'd like to get some spring exercise.
Atlantic terminal has lot's of subway lines for great access to the rest of the city and Atlantic Mall has a Target and good shopping options for day to day necessities.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $3,300. The building allows easy access via an elevator. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
