DESCRIPTION
I'm looking for a summer sublet for my gorgeous apartment in the heart of the East Village. It's a 3 bedroom 1 bath shared with 2 great ladies in mid 20s. The place has super high ceilings and great natural light. Also the dishwasher gets a notable mention. We love to watch movies, play games and drink wine together and are looking for a 3rd roommate to share our special lady den.
Located a block away from Tompkins Square park and an easy walk to Union Square. Close access to the L, NRQW, 4 and 6 trains. There's multiple citi bike docks in a 3 block radius and we are super close to the East River path. The location is ideal for a fun (socially distanced) summer of sunshine.
Room comes fully furnished. AC, wifi and utilities included.

activity, boasting bookstores, cafes, galleries, and hip bars.
Situated between 3rd avenue and the East River, with 14th street to
the north and Houston to the south, this neighborhood is both
stylish and laid back. Once the most vibrant art scene in NYC, it

boasting a much more polished edge, complete with luxury condos,
franchised coffee shops, and plenty of lunch spots.

Until the early 1960s, the East Village was just the northern tip
of the Lower East Side, largely occupied by German and Ukrainian
working class immigrants. However, the Beat movement made its roots
in the East Village in the 1950's and paved the way for the influx
of the counterculture scene of the 60s.
Since then, the art scene of the East Village exploded with
series like Andy Warhol's…
