DESCRIPTION
Hey everyone!
So we are currently trying to find someone to sublet our ENTIRE apartment with a possible lease takeover at the end of the term if you're wanting to stay! Term is October- end of may (but flexible September move in as we're moving out)
We're really sad to be leaving this place but you know.. Covid happened.. so we have to.
About the apartment!!!
This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with large closets in each room. 1 room is a queen/king size the other a twin/full size.
Also, they're completely separated from each other! Which is the best if you've ever had to experience pass through rooms.
The apartment was completely renovated right before we moved in a year ago, so it's all nice and new!
SS appliances, built in microwave, an ELECTRIC stove/oven (which is the bomb because you don't have to pay a gas bill), dishwasher, Washer/Dryer combo (in unit)!!
Heat/hot water included
The best part is that this is a RENT STABILIZED apartment.
$2300/month so you and a friend/roommate of choice would be paying $1150-1200 each including your WiFi and electric bill (or whatever other bills you have)
PETS WELCOME!
Live in super (who is the best)
Located at 145th and Adam clayton Powell jr. blvd. (It takes literally about 15 minutes on the express trains to get to Time Square)
Next to Starbucks, Dunkin, a gym, banks, several grocery stores, restaurants, and the
3, A, B, C, D trains.
Only first/last months rent and a sublease agreement. The rest of September is on me
Reach out and let me know if you're interested! (Serious inquiries only please and thank you!)

Central Harlem is home to some of the best food, entertainment, and
cultural institutions in the city which is why the folks who live
here are so proud of the neighborhood.
Central Harlem began its life much like the rest of northern
Manhattan, as farmland. A bit more densely packed than the rest of
the farmland in the area, the British made sure to burn it to the
ground during the American Revolution as American forces retreated
off the island. Once the war ended, the rebuilding process for the
area was a bit slow.
Things in the area ramped up in the 1860's and 70's for several
reasons, including the destruction of a prominent black
neighborhoods to make room for Central Park, railroads were built
further north, and the end of the Civil War brought many black
