We have many amenities such as onsite laundry, a beautiful seasonal pool, and a basketball court. We are a pet friendly community!

We allow up to two pets 20lbs or under per apartment. There is an additional $250 pet deposit per pet with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
Our water, sewer and trash utilities are billed though a RUBS program.  On average these charges are about $65 a month per person.
Power will need to be put in your name with NV Energy. You can contact them at 775-834-4444.
Our normal business hours are: Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
