Tenant responsible for professional cleaning of home upon vacating premises at end of lease as well as cleaning/deoderizing carpets and all upholstered furniture.  

Rent will incur an additional fee for trash and sewer ($81.50 per month.)
Renters are not entitled to golf or restaurant discount.  Landlord will be running a separate credit/background check and will provide link for prospective tenants to enter their information.
