DESCRIPTION
How are you? Hope all is great and well.

Been living in this apartment for 12 years, great and convenient area to live. Blocks away from Grand Central, gets a lil busy during work hours, after 5pm the area turns quiet. Doormen and staff are fantastic and are always on the up and up with anything we ever need. Truly a great staff.

Myself and my roommate Nick are on the hunt for a professional male roommate to occupy 3rd room. Big and spacious with large closet and great north view of manhattan.

We keep the apartment super clean and tidy, we both work and travel a lot so we are both in and out of the apartment. We work hard and play hard but don't take the party back to the apartment. New dishwasher and fridge as well!! Shared bathroom with myself, always maintained, organized and clean.

Both like to wind down at nights and start the NYC grind back the next day. Weekends we are out and about as well.

Happy to give a tour and meet in person and chop it up a little to get to know each other.

Cheers.

Fun Facts and History of Midtown East

During the 1800's and early 1900's, Midtown East became a hotspot for industry, welcoming factories, breweries, and slaughterhouses. With industry came workers, mostly Irish and German immigrants who contributed to the area with projects such as the construction of Saint Patrick's Cathedral in 1879.

By the time Grand Central Terminal was built in 1913, the neighborhood…
